How I think about building platforms: workflows, failure modes, and operational reality.
Most portfolios list features. I prefer to explain systems.
When I build a platform, I’m thinking about:
- Clear workflows and state transitions
- Data integrity and auditability
- Automation that’s safe to run repeatedly
- Observability and operational recovery
That mindset shows up in everything from provisioning servers to publishing pipelines.
